Could it have been a PVC or were they regular, like every beat? If they were every few beats it could have been a PVC, ask your doctor about that. It is missed easily.
If you have a true LBBB there isn't much you can do for treatment other than; meds, diet, exercise. Diet to help keep crap out of the arteries, exercise to help improve the efficiency of the heart in using Oxygen and clearing metabolic waste (the easier it is for your heart to work, the better of you, and everyone, will be), and meds to help regulate things that are going on in your circulatory system.
I would ask all about everything I just mentioned and see what they doctor says. Good luck.
Are you feeling any pains or discomforts of heart disease. May be best to consider starting a cardiac rehabilitation program. Always discuss the end game. What is the plan?
Let me know if you have any further questions.
