Right Ventricular conduction relay

I am a healthy 21 year old. I was experiencing some SOB a a few months ago, I got an ECG, and the doctor never got back to me. When I saw my chart today, on top of the ECG it said "right ventricular conduction delay". Should I be concerned?

My 18 yr old daughter's EKG says she has conduction delay and is still feeling fatigued.  How concerned should I be.  She is an athlete.

The conduction delay would/could cause a skipped heartbeat.  Not uncommon and almost everyone exeriences skipped beats now and then and are not aware of the happening,  There is no direct connection to SOB.
