Low blood pressure?

I had a doctors visit today and had my blood pressure cheecked. My blood pressure was 115/68, I noticed after the elevator ride to his office that I was dizzy with some difficulty  turning my head up and down do to dizyyness and spinning. My blood pressure is normally 128/77 and Im not sure what low blood pressure is.. Can someone help.

I can only say that if my blood pressure goes below 115, which it does some times, I feel exactly like you are describing. What I am going to do about it? Absolutely nothing because it is not usually that low.

Low blood pressure starts at numbers less than 90/60 and is not treated unless you have some symptoms as you describe. Your BP looks good.
