Some people can have normal echo results, normal stress test, normal ecg's and even normal nuclear perfusion scan results and yet still have coronary artery issues.
I think you should tell them you are not happy with their assumptions and to be on the safe side you believe they should perform an angiogram to see what is happening with your arteries. It sounds to me like you have a blockage forming.
It would be better if you could confirm any abnormal heart rhythms by a HOLTER monitor test available in most heart hospitals.
I am not an expert, but I am a heart patient and your symptoms sound very familiar. I recommend that you get a second opinion. It seems to me that your heart rate is rather low. But the dizziness and palpitations would concern me. Did the doctor explain anything about that to you?
