Misdiagnosed heart problem?

Hi i am 24 year old male who just quit smoking 4 months ago. I eat very healthy for my age , i take 1 and a half grams of cod liver oil daily for the past year, and i dont eat red meat. I jog about 3 times a week for about 20 minutes a time.4 months ago i started getting a series of major panic attacks, with health anxiety and lightheadedness almost all the time. i have done 2 ekgs in the past 4 months, blood tests chest xray to find out if there was an underlying medical problem.  The thing that makes me think i have heart problems is i have been having pain in my left arm, armypit area pain, back pain shoulder pain for quite a long time. Is it possible that 2 ekgs could have missed a major heart problem or maybe my heart problem has just surfaced now? i have no family history of any heart problems at all.

thanks for the advice and help.  See i rarely get pain directly in the center it is more upper peck area/armpit. Even when there is no pain right now i am focusing on that area because i am constatnly thinking it is a heart problem. I am thinking this is due to my severe health anxiety which has started months ago, by a series of panic attacks, i just suffered another panic attack last night thinking that i was having a heart problem. were the 2 EKG's , blood tests and chest xray enough or should i get amore heart tests? the only time i really experience the chest pressure is when i start to think about it. i also forgot to mention that i have had bloody stool for months , which i have an appointment with a gastro in a few months, and i have all the symptoms of IBS on top of that. thank you for your time

Check with a chiropractor to make sure that it is not related to bones, muscles, or nerves.  Heart attack symptoms are chest pain, shaking in the back (which is arteries spasming), shortness of breath or lightheadness.  Pain starts in middle of chest and goes to neck or down the arm. There can be pain in the back behind the heart.  The way you describe it sounds more like skeletal problems where some bones may be out of alignment.  This can create a lot of pain.
