Pain just under the Breat Bone

I am a 32 year person suffering with LV, dilated Cardiomyopathy with a ICD in place. I get a pressure pain under the breast bone on the right hand side (What can cause this pain?).
The meds that i am on are as follows: ACE 2 inhib, Diuretic, Wafarin, Ivabradine,  isosorbide Mononitrate.  My EF is 36.6 and have a difficult time sleeping, even with 4 pillows because my chest hurts with pain. Any recommendation on how to help with my sleeping issues.
Also  my cardio Doc wants to put me back on to a beta-blocker which i just cannot tolerate, what other medicine can  be recommended and is Digoxin med safe to take......

Thanks for your reply, i am shocked that digoxin has been recalled in the USA, i must speak with the cardio Doc about this. I asked the Doc about my ICD being the problem but he dismissed it. Also the pain killer drug that i am taking is Oral morph- a morphine derivative. But i do not want to become dependent on it, this is why i want the problem solved. Also being overweight will this affect my breathing i.e. shortness of breath and affect my exercise tolerance? In addition, affect the way i sleep?

I know there was a recent recall of Digoxin in the U.S.  Check with your doctor about any changes in medications.

Is there any chance the pain is because of the ICD?  I've heard some people say they have some discomfort from the leads/placement of the device, etc.  Does your doctor think it's OK for you to take over the counter pain medication?  If so, what does he suggest?
