Hi, guys
I have always had a rather sensitive heart (heart palpitations when I'm really stressed or are not sleeping enough, sensitivity to pseudoephredine, etc).
The past few days was really stressful and my heart is worrying me. It is beating irregularly and it quite often flutters or lurches. I am constantly slightly dizzy when standing up and tired. So, it could just be stress.
However, I have a family history of heart diseases. My mom has WPW syndrome, my aunt has some other heart disease and my grandpa died from a heart attack at 54.
My other worry is that symptoms of WPW often starts in the early 20's and I am 21 now. I am currently using an app that monitors your heart (I know, it's not all that dependable) but it keeps warning me about heart arrhythmia.
Does this sound like something I should be worried about? I know that I preferably should get to a doctor soon, but I would prefer to wait until I can pay for myself. I finished my studies this year, so this should be sometime next year.
