I have panic disorder and I have the pvc's quite ofter.  They always scare me but I am gradually getting use to the.  My biggest problem is my catastrophic thinking.  Anxiety always make pvc's occur more frequent at least with me.

This discussion is related to Sinus tach, PVC's and anxiety relation.

There is definitely in my case a feedback loop by which thinking about the PVCs or PACs can cause them to happen.  And sometimes even when not consciously thinking about them, getting anxious can trigger them too.  It would be nice if this relationship were better understood, although my suspicion is it relates to adrenaline.

How do you know they are pvc's and not pac's? PVS's are very different. Runs of them are dangerous. PAC's however usually accompany anxiety and panic attacks and are not that dangerous. We all get occasional PVC's and PAC's. You have to have an EKG to determine if you have PVC vs PAC.

I'm curious, have any of you seen a doctor and gotten medicine for anxiety? They have good ones now. You don't have to suffer anymore.
