Shortness of Breath and Palpitations

I've been having shortness of breath since mid July, and have had many tests done, and still don't know why. I started out with an EKG which shower slight enlargemnt of the left ventricle. I also had an echo done whch showed mitral valve prolapse and mild mitral valve regurgitation. Estimated ejection fraction 40%. My holter that I wore for 2 days did not show anything abnormal at the time, although currently I'm having a lot more palpitations and feeling of my heart beat. They continued to do further testing, and did a stress test with cardiolite. This once again showed that the pumping action of my heart wasn't 100%. All of my blood tests came out good. Everything within levels, and no HIV. Normal blood pressure, although I have a pretty high heart rate a lot, around 90 beats a min even at rest. My cardiologist finally ordered a heart cath which is the "gold standard" I've been reading, and everything with that came out good, ruling out all the previous tests. I have the results in the following links. Just copy and paste

If my heart cath reports came out normal showing nothing is wrong with my heart, valves are okay, and arteries are clear, why am I still constantly being short of breath getting dizzy at times from it. Exertion makes it 100x's worse. I cannot go for a simple run anymore without being Totally out of breath. I used to be able to run, do physical things without a problem. That also doesn't explain why I've been getting palpitations recently, and also having a pounding feeling in my chest. She thought I have asthma and sent me to a pulmonologist, and i had some breathing tests done and was put on some inhalers, but these also do no help, and even when I have my shortness of breath symptons, the inhalers do not help, and I still have full lung capacty on the peak flow meter, around 650L/min. I am 6ft 5inches tall and 21 years old now, and never had any problems before in my life. I don't know if me working out strainiosly for 4 months before my first symptons has anything to do with it. I do get severe pains sometimes in my left arm out of no where, relaxing working whatnot. I did go to the ER once for these severe pains which were also in my left upper chest, but they told me it was costochondritis, and also did blood work and EKG's which came out normal once again, after all my previous tests. Aleve doesn't really help the pain go away when it comes though. I don't know whats wrong with me... I hope it's not some viral infection damaging my heart slowly. I already did a course of antibiotics if it was maybe a bacterial infection, but that did not help anything. It's starting to bring my quality of life down, as I can't do the physical things I want to do, as I always did in the past. One last thing to note, is when I lift heavy things, I get muscle spasms in my left chest muscle all the time also. This happens Every time I lift something heavy, like a 20lb box at work, or just carrying grocery bags around. They go away after about a minute.

recently, I've been having even more palpitations, and a trigger of them is getting sexually active. As soon as I erect, the palpitations come almost immediately, and along with the palpitations, I can feel the blood pulses in my head on every hard beat, and whats worse is that my cheeks are getting really red and start to feel heavy/sore when this happens. The cheeks stay red even after I have relaxed. This is really starting to worry me. I dont see a doctor again until Jan 12th. Any thoughts?
