Sudden jump in BP after taking the usual medicines

I am 67 years old who underwent buypass surgery in 1986. So far eventless. I am taking daily after breakfast the following prescribed medicines :
Enalapril-5 mg-1 tab
Amlodipine-5 mg-1 tab
Atenolol-50 mg-half tab
Aspent-60 mg. -1 tab
HCTZ-half tab.
At night after dinner:  simvastatin -40 mg. tab-half tablet

For last few weeks, I find that my BP jumps to 200/90; 0r 190/90 after taking these morning dosages
of medicine. Feel giddy, and have to just sit and take rest.  Mostly in evenings feel very tired.
Disturbed sleep in night-
Kindly answer me -whether reducing any of my medicines will help me.
I have  osteoporosis-is this a side reaction of these medicines?
Kindly reply me. Thanks & Regards

maybe your BP is spiking before the meds have time to get into your bloodstream. It is bad to have your systolic blood pressure going to 200, especially every day. You need to see your doctor soon about this.

no, don't stop taking the medications, in fact maybe you need more

have you gained weight recently? has anything changed?

if your BP was okay previously and this big jump was sudden, then you should go to your doctor so he can listen to your kidneys for sounds of an artery blockage there
