that would be called a "hypertensive crisis" or "malignant hypertension"
I've seen the levels stated as 220/120, or even in one place as180/110
but you don't necessarily get damage to organs at those levels - and you're not close anyway. One symptom to look for would be sudden changes in vision.
133/100 would be categorized as Isolated Diastolic Hypertension. I'd try laying off all salt for a few days and maybe even making tea from celery seed as a natural diuretic, to see what happens. You might have too much "circulatory volume".
Normal blood pressure is considered under 120/80. Under 140/90 is prehypertension and that's when you should be discussing it with your doctor. That's a good time to start some life style changes, begin an exercise program and see if meds are necessary.
One reading is not enough to diagnose high blood pressure, normally it done after three readings.Also, some people get higher readings in a doctors office from anxiety, it's called white coat syndrome.
