Your welcome, and I wish you well going forward.

Thanks Ken for your valuable suggestions. I have no such family history of heart related diseases except that many a times I find myself very tired and in depressive mood without doing anything stressful or tiresome.
Since I got to know about this so to clear all my doubts, may be I'll consult a cardiologist.
Thanks again.
Regards,
Jiya
T-wave abnormalities requires further evidence and except for hyperkalemia (electrolyte) the T-wave alone is not a diagnostic of any medical issues. Conditions to be considered with T-waves will usually be abnormal in ventricular hypertrophy, LBBB, chronic pericarditis, and in electrolyte abnormality.
Whether to see a cardiologist would depend on whether you have any supporting symptoms, health history, family history of cardiac disease, etc. Your doctor and yourself would be in the best position to evaluate and whether or not to go forward with further tests.
Thanks for sharing, and if you have any further questions or comments you are welcome to respond. Take care,
