heart and Lung question

I had an artery fail in my hheart 8 months ago. The findings on my report also show the following. When i asked my cardiologist about it he just says things are fine and that my heart besides the downed artert is almost perfect except for a small problem someplace else but nothing to worry about..Please see the following.I appriciate your input.

There is some subtle increased density in the anterior superior mediastinum ciompatible with some residual thymic tissue. Incidental note is made of an aberrant right subclavian artery, which is normal variant.
There is small minimal ground glass opacity in the right upper lobe, nonspecific.Lungs are otherwise clear.

There appears to be growth associated with the thymus gland.  Right lower lobe doesn't present a clear view for any conclusion (nonspecific).   Normal variant of right subclavian artery...some difference of the usual configuration, but not any medical problem or cause for concern.

Thanks for sharing,  and if you have any followup questions you are welcome to respond.  Take care.
