do i need to worry

what do these numbers mean on my ecg p-r-t axes 55 0 -5

Frankly, I don't see any problem. What are your symptoms? Why an EKG? If you have the tracing printout, the computer should give an interpretation and it is often wrong!

P axis +55 deg: 0-5 deg is normal. It measures the main electrical forces through upper chambers and all tracings from the ECG require corroboration from other tracings and a doctor would determine significance based on your health history, medication taken, concomitant health issues, symptoms, etc.
