yes i try to wait a few mins before i take it, but i think its from me stressing about it being high. its not high most the time its always very good. so i think the stress is doing it.

i went to dr this week when she took it it was 169/80

they did a 24 hour study a year ago and said my blood pressure is to low at times to put me on a pill. so i didnt worry about it . just been tyaking here and there and see that in mornings it rather high like 154 or today 170 top numbers but bottom never over 85.  and as the day goes it gets back to normal so not aure what to do. thank you for taking the time to help me out

Although my BP has never been as high as yours, it pretty much matches your first four readings. However, I only get those when I am not rested. I have to sit down for 15-20 minutes and relax before taking the readings and then they are ~125/60 for the most part. As that what you are doing? Last time I went to the doctors office it was 158/75 - white coat syndrome, although he/she doesn't wear one.

just took this morning its 170/85 i think my stress is keeping it high. is that possible.  dr going to look at veins in my neck make sure they ok. most the time its around 126/60 or lower. so i am thinking stress has really pushed it up there . when i get ready to take it i feel stressed and its always high at drs office .

but if it keeps being this high guess its pill time.

Not really too bad, I wouldn't have any issue with those numbers if you have no current heart disease. What did your doctor say?
