discomfort when breathing cant describe

I have for 2 days now had discomfort when i breathe.  Almost feels like my lungs or chest are tight.  I have had pneamonia before and that is the best way to describe the discomfort.  I also have a dry cough, slight faster, shorter breathes than normal and today I was cleaning and i got lightheaded and pale and sweaty.  I hate to jump to conclusions but I dont want to sit around and have a heart attack.  I have searched and all is about chest pain I wouldnt call it pain.  But is annoying and is in chest and neck area. thanks for any help

How much longer are you going to wait then? If it's something serious, you're losing precious time. You sound like you're feeling like cr@p. No need to keep feeling like that. Get it checked.

You should have it checked out. There are several different causes for such shortness of breath. Could be bronchitis, asthma, fluid or clots in the lungs. The only way to know is to have it checked. . . . soon.
