ekg reading

I am a 67 year old male and have one stent since 2003.  In a recent necular stress test the first resting ekg was suspicious but on exercising to my target heart rate everything checked out fine.  Is this anything to be concerned about?

An EKG's single abnormal segment (wave) output is usually considered medically insignificant, without further evidence.  If you were able to complete the test without any additional irregularities, that would indicate no further evidence from the testing standpoint.
