familia cardiomyopathy

can you improve - have a defib + pacemaker after sudden death - cardiologist isn't very informative. what can I do - what should I expect -

The risk of not having defib + pacemaker can cause a blood clot, and/or an out of control heart rate.  The expectation is stability in the heart rate, and in the event of an irregular and/or very fast heart rate the de-fib can be a live savor as well.
