first aid treatment for low diastoli bp for a patinet with low lvef

My father has undergone a CABG 20 years ago and therafter 2 PTCA with stents once. He is under medical mangemnent .His LVEF has been in the range of 25 to 40 % for the past nearly 5 years plus. Recently some symtoms have come up and his blood pressure figure s vary from 125/76 to 103/45 during the day. Can u suggest when and what immediated first aid  can be given in such times when pressure is low

Thanks for ur response .My father is 78 yrs and has symptoms like light headedness,pain around neck and back of head.His Heart rate varies betweeen 50 to 68.

I think your dad is on betablockers. U dint mention it and his heart rate also. what is his age?.
For a Post CABG patient on betablockers, the mentioned BP is more or less normal.
If your father is complaining about dizziness or fainting like feeling, the low bp has to be treated. Watch for a BP less than 90 systolic. If that happen he requires medical attention.
