Nitroglycerine causes palpitations, nausea, headaches etc. Take a milder form of Asprin viz. Ecosprin.Hoepe that would help.

Again, what is the diagnose of your doctor? If he has prescribed the Concor chances are the he thinks you suffer Pulmonary Hypertension, this can justify your HR increase when exercise.

I have not found any info on Co-baritec.

As per anemia not all types are reflected by the red blood cell, but by iron and ferritine.

I am not anemic. my hemoglobin (red blood cell count) is within acceptable range. I stoped taking nicoget because of headach,. but my hear rate still increases too much when I walk abut 150 yards. What does Co-baritec do. Because of my headachs I have stoped all medicines except Concor.
Is this right. I have to get rid of my headachs. Can some one answere, Thanks and

What is the diagnose from your dr?

As far as I can read, Concor it is similar to Viagra, a potent vase dilator used for pulmonary hypertension. Was the same dr. that also gave you Nicoget? That seems to have nitrates and both together can cause a large hypo-tension that can produce the increased HR.

Other possibility is that you are anemic.
