go with orange juice.  dont give up your citrus fruits all together.

THANKS FOR THE INFO I,VE BEEN ON BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS FOR 4 YEARS,IT RUNS IN MY FAMILY AND I,M OVER WEIGHT ALSO DOES,NT HELP.I STARTED EATING RIGHT AND EXERSICING AND I REALLY LIKE GRAPE FRUIT JUICE,I,VE ALWAYS HEARD IT HELPS WITH WEIGHT LOSE AND IS GREAT FOR YOU,BUT SOMEONE TOLD ME TODAY IT WAS,NT GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH HBP.
