Jon, thanks... yea i sometimes wonder if im not worrying my self to death..literally..i worry ALL the time , something always going on... however i have looked up the signs and symptoms of anxiety/ panic attacks and only have maybe one of those symptoms which is the constant worrying....and when i look at angina i have 6 symptoms out of the 8...to Ally..yes have went to ER on 2 occasions the first of which they did EKG and showed normal...and found out i had a bad gal bladder and was in surgery within the hour to have removed....didn't have a attack for a couple of months after that.... when i did, i went again to ER, they again did a EKG and all showed ok ...they gave me mylanta and told me it was heart burn..aggravated by this time, argued with them , they told me they could admit me and do test or send me home, they said it was heart burn! I KNOW WHAT HEART BURN FEELS LIKE and can bet every penny in the bank that it is not heart burn im experiencing....lmao..

Wendy
,
Have you gone to the ER or consulted with a doctor about this? These are symptoms that you need to have evaluated. Take care, Ally
I would see a cardio dr so you can have peace of mind a few test and you will not have to wonder and live each day in fear when it happens
None of us here can tell you if it's your heart orf just anxiety, but it sounds suspicious enough that you need to get it check so get to your doctor as soon as possible.
Having said that, it may also just be anxiety. You may have conditioned yourself subconsciously to have these attacks in the morning by worrying. One thing about angina, it usually comes on with exertion, not at rest, however most heart attacks occur between 4:00 and 10:00 AM as this is when your body starts getting demand for oxygen as it "ramps up" for the day. If this was angina, the chances are it would also hit when you are exerting yourself such as climbing stairs or walking fast or any kind of exercise which is why I don't think it is angina. Again, I am not a doctor so please see one to find out for sure, it's not worth taking a chance.
Hope this helps,
Jon
