just wondering what to do?

I have been having chest pains all day and every now and then my heart starts pounding then flutters then afterwards just goes back to a pain in the middle of my chest again. is it something I should be worried about or just keep an eye on it? I also get a plugged right ear that kind of pounds.

Any chest pain that comes and goes should be evaluated.  I would go to the ER.  In my case the chest pain was more a burning ache and pressure with my heart attacks. Always was dead center of my chest.   So if it were me I would definitely seek medical attention.  Take care, Ally

Can you describe the chest pain a bit more? Does it hurt when you breathe or move? Heart related pain is quite different than pain related to muscle or respiratory problems. The constant flutter, pounding, normal rhythm mix could be due to the stress you're feeling or it could be heart related.

I know, not much help. The bottom line is if the pain is not muscle related then it's best to check in with a doctor. Not sure if you have any heart related  risk factors.

i feel for you, im also suffering with problems with heart, my cardiologist treated me like an animal and scheduled me to see him in a year. Mission hospital, with who he is affiliated, refuses to treat me. I suggest you do NOT go there for treatment. YOU'RE WELCOME TO GO if you please, from my experience though I think I'm going to die soon or something because I might have something so bad Mission has given up. Im need help and advice here: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Heart-Disease/I-think-I-am-dying-Help-me-WITH-ADVICE-NOW/show/1708044

Please hang on strong and don't let your hopes down. I still have hope, but very little unfortunately :(
