Triage Nurse Or Cardiologist?

I went for an ECG today
The nurse who did it said it looked abnormal and said some parts are 'all over the place' which freaked me out a bit,
She shown it to one of the best doctors in the hospital who looked it and said it was COMPLETELY NORMAL which was a bit confusing
Shall i just not worry about what the triage nurse said and go by what the cardiologist said that there is nothing wrong at all with my ECG

I'm I posted on your wrong thread I thought it was the other one. I have abnormal ones when I move to much the nurses can't read them and usually aren't even aloud to say anything even if I ask a nurse they say there not probably for a good reason so it doesn't happen in what happened in your case.

I don't know of any 16 year old getting an EKG, please talk to your doctor about your anxiety. There are very many reasons an EKG can look abnormal, that's why nurses are not cardiologists. Asking the same questions over and over is not going to help you.

Its not stupid to worry about your health and yes most likely the cardio is right. The best thing you can do is try to address the anxiety first even if you had heart issues I'd say that because anxiety is the worst thing besides stress for you during a panic Attack I can have runs of PVCs PVCs PACs heart rate at 180 it can't be good for you it won't kill you I suppose but it makes me feel like crap its been harder and harder to get used to all the PVCs and stuff. I'm no way calling you stupid I've just been there and want to help you before it gets worse anxiety will ruin your life so please for your sake chase that one first and when your less anxious and still having problems seek them out. When I was 16 I had no worries I think that's the way all kids should live good luck I hope you get better

I think you know the answer to this. You're questioning things far too much. It comes back to your anxiety, remember...
