hi,im 24 years old and im male,i had shortness breathe and i went to echo,result: mild mpv ,mild MR and mild TR.
i read many pages in internet, i undestand that MR will progress.
Is it possible that no progress?or every MR will progress in over years? do i prepare for surgery on future? thsnks

I have moderate MR without any symptoms. An echo doppler once/year to monitor it is sufficient till now.

And with your latest echo results, I think there is really no need for worrying about your heart.
MR can remain stable for many years. I also have MR and MVP since my youth and I am now 58 years. There still is no need for surgery.
I can not imagine that your shortness of breath is related to the mild regurgitation of your heart valves.

tnx for reply.i have low bp usually,my bp was 10,my ef was 60%.yesterday i went to cardiologist and did echo another ,yesterday echo result was:
minimal mpv ,trace mr ,trace tr.i dont know why results are different

what was your ef on the echo? this is fairly important
