need some advice

I recently had a nuclear stress test without physical activity. They used a drug to put my heart under stresses.I was diagnosed with blockages and heart disease which my Dad died of at 46.Upon followup with a heart doctor I was told to disregard what I was told I'm fine,no heart disease,no blockages and that the doctor who went over my nuclear stress test and formed the diagnosis don't know what he's doing and always has to be corrected.I continue with dizzy spells and chest pain and quite confused.Thinking about second opinion.
        Any input would be appreciated.

reversible ischemia indicates some vessel blckage that is located in the area described (inferior wall).  Perfusion defect is induced ischemia observed with the injected agent, but partially reversible...did you have a heart attack?  Need more information.

Really,he didn't say anything other than due to me being a smoker, overweight(probably 40 pounds),and my family history I am at risk but to disregard the doctor who read my results and formed his diagnosis from my nuclear stress test.I am 42 years old.
I actually have a copy of  the report of the findings and diagnosis. At the bottom where it says IMPRESSION it reads  "Inferior wall ischemia.Partially reversible anterior wall perfusion defect".

Frankly, it is not very professional for a doctor to disrespect another doctor (even if true) and indicates poor judgement and undermines a patient's confidence in the medical community.  What did the current heart doctor say about your symptoms?  Unfortunately, you may want to get a third opinion.
