You are contradicting yourself; how can there be no pain in the chest, but pain around where the heart is? The heart is in the chest? If you have a severe cardiomyopathy, it would be possible to be having small heart attacks all the time. Women can have a heart attack (small one) without taking much notice to it.
One more thing, palpatations really don't have anything to due with a heart attack.
i mean pain in left chest but only around the area where heart is located, and also under armpit.. it's actually not a pain but stretchfulness and pressure under armpit..
It sounds like muscle issues, p0rtzer0. Try taking 800mgs of Motrin and see if that helps.
Just to give my own case, I had my first heart attack without any symptoms at all. The cardiologist noticed it only during a routine ekg and was not able to say whether the heart attack occurred recently or years ago ! On the other hand, I had two episodes of chest pain and the doctors could not find a cause. One doctor suggested that it could pericardiatis or infection of the sac (percardium) which holds the heart in place.
I hope this is helpful
