Exhaustion

I am exhausted ALL the time.  I was away and woke up with back pain that radiated to my stomach, chest and arm.  I felt naucious.  Also, about a month ago, during an orgasm, I thought I was having a heart attack.  I couldn't breathe, my chest compressed and the pain radiated down my arm.  I am seeing a cardiologist in two weeks.  My father's side of the family all died of heart disease, my dad died at my age.  I eat a healthy diet and I exercise.  I don't drink nor do I smoke.  I take supplements.  What could possibly be ther eason I'm just SOOOOO tired, I feel like a truck hit me every night.

Thank you!  And you're absolutely right about the supplements, I guess I just wasn't focusing on that.  L-Tyrosine, Taurine, L-Carnatine are only 3 of the ones I take and have no clue as to how that affects the heart.  I appreciate the reply and advice!

Of course heart issues are a possible reason for tiredness, but there are many others. Hopefully in 2 weeks you will have an answer to that.

Meanwhile, try to avoid any stress or effort. If again you have the chest pain that last more than 15-20 minutes ... go to ER just in case.

As per supplements...  if you do not have a clear understanding of what your health is and why your family has the heart problems, I will be very careful... there are conditions where they can be more dangerous of what you think.
