Hi
the member ed34 comment as above are generally what we too experience around us here in India.. But when I was recuparating from PTCA I saw a  young guy M23 with similar soundings. Twice he had stress test negative. But suddenly at a distant place he had MI. It is the Cardiac Physian  who can take a right decesion on this and can advice..but now a days Non invasive angios that is Multi slice colour CT whose results are comparable to angio are good enough to tell about the state of your heart.

Adopting appropriate life style may give some relief...plz remember to visit cardiologist for every associate episode...do not neglect...

if you survived a stress test with no discomfort, then I would bet a lot of money on your
heart being fine. If there is a problem with the heart it is most likely to happen when you
are exercising. gas can cause all kinds of nasty pains because the digestive tract basically swells when the gas is trapped. It then presses on all kinds of nerves in the body causing pain. In our digestive system we have a lot of friendly bacteria which
digests food that we can't break down ourselves. The byproduct of this process is lots
of gas which the bacteria releases. Maybe you should look at your diet and see what
foods are causing the problem.
