shoulder pain

i have an adapta DR pacemaker, and was implanted little over 3 years ago.  from time to time i get a burning sensation around my lead and pacemaker connection, with this i will have a pain from that area to my shoulder.  my wires/leads stick out under my skin a little more then rest of my pacemaker, but i dont know if this is common since my pacemaker is placed on my right side of chest. shoulder pain and burning sensation with pacemaker kind of work as a team, is there anything that i'm doing wrong? i'm not tugging or pulling on anything just sitting around.
