I HAD ATTACK ONE YEAR BEFORE, NOW I AL RECENTLY DONE ONCE AGAIN ANGIOGRAM IN THAT FINDINGS ARE MYOCARDIAL BRIDGING IN MID LAD AFTER 3 MONTHS DONE ECHO IN THAT ILD HYPOKINATIC ANTERIOR WALL, NO LV DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION, NORMAL MV/AOV, IAS/IVS INTACT, TRIVIAL TR PASP 25 MM HG, NO CLOT/VEGETATION/PE, NORMAL LV FUNCTION LVEF 50 %


ALSO I AM TAKING MEDICINES ECOSPRIN 150, STORVAS & PANODAC

MY PRESENT  PROBLEM IS HEART BURN, GASTRITES TOO, PAIN IN NECK, JAW, UPPER ABDOMEN LEFT & RIGHT CHEST TOTALLY UCOMFORTABLE SO PLEASE ANY BODY DOCTORS ADVICE WHAT IS EXACTLY I AM FFACING & IT IS LIFE LONG SUFFERING FROM YHIS OR RECOVERABLE PLEASE PL PL PL PL REQUEST

According to the report you have submitted doesn't indicate any problem.  The EF of 50% is within the normal range (50-70%) and that is the percentage of blood pumped out into the system with each heartbeat.

Mild hypokinetic of the anterior wall indicates slight heart wall damage from a prior ischemic (lack of blood flow) condition, and that can acccount for the marginally low EF.
