told I probobly had mild heart attack

I'm new here and hoping someone could have some answers for me. I am 57 yr old female, slightly overweight with, arthritis, mild copd, fibromyalgia and in menopause and Barrett's esophagus. In June I had weird heart palpitations one night watching tv, and 2 days later spreading chest pain and pain in my left jaw. Called my dr and he ordered a echocardiogram which I had done. Was called a few days later and told come in for results that I blew  off because the tech who did test said my heart looked great and really thought it was stress related. Got called the next month to come in and again I blew it off. So as I'm sure you know I had 3 more episodes off chest pain, jaw pain, sweating and fatigue. The last one was a doozy! All episodes never went beyond those symptoms and lasted 15min., and I never went to ER or called dr. till the last one . A nuclear resting and stress test were ordered for the next 2 days and I was told my echocardiogram that the tech said looked great came back not normal with slow blood flow going back into my heart. It is sat. now the day after my stress test and no one has called me yet. My question is does that mean everything is fine with my heart? As a side note the stress test was awful, I felt like I couldn't breath(was told the medicine to speed up my heart did not effect my lungs or bronchial tubes) felt sick and weak (like pass out weak) during it and had headache with nausea. The nurses and everyone looked at me dumbfounded that I haven't gone to ER, but nothing else happens beyond what I described. It does scare me when it happens but then I feel ok.

Thank you for the reply, I did not have blood tests ect. done for heart just cholesterol that came back high and good too low. I see a cardiologist in about an hour from now, my GP said this is not his expertise. Everyone is concerned over the jaw pain with the chest pain and I will find out more today. My sister inlaw is a nurse and thinks it's MVD. I get stressed when my daily workload is a lot and family duties have doubled but not the anxiety panic. I think I can handle all things that's the problem, lol! Thank you again

Hello, understand your anxiety. What did the serial ECGs say? Were blood tests done for cardiac enzymes? When the heart receives decreased blood supply, this is usually reflected in the EKG and blood tests. As the injured heart does not conduct electrical impulses normally, the EKG reflects these changes.  Certain heart enzymes slowly leak out into the bloodstream if the heart has been damaged by a heart attack. Measuring these values will help diagnose a myocardial infarction. If there was an abnormality in the stress test they would have contacted you. Wait for the report and good luck.
