unknown attack

recently had an attack. Heart rate was 170 +. Blood pressure was so low EMS could not get a pulse for close to 30 mins. Spent 7 hrs at hospital running test. also had a 2d echo. everything checked fine. end result they could not tell me what had happened. Anybody have an idea what it could've been?

gotta see cardiologists monday. Symptoms were 170 heart rate, blood pressure when EMS would tell me was 70/46. they couldn't get a pulse before that. Only thing hospital found was that my white blood cells were sky high. I'm trying to get test results to find out what the exact count was. had a 2d echo done on my heart, they said everything with my heart was ok. Wore a heart monitor for a month and like you said if it's not doing it when they're checking, they can't tell what it is. they checked for blood clots also. Did mri and xrays. still nothing

If cardiologists are unable to tell you what happened with all the test results in front of them, then I doubt if anyone here could tell you. You actually say you had a heart attack, but has this been verified? What were your actual symptoms?
It could have been a spasm in a coronary artery or anything. These things can be intermittent and never appear when you need them to for tests. Like calling a tv engineer and when he switches it on there is no fault to diagnose.
