If I have to take 3 doses of anything during the day, I normally do 9am, 3pm then 9pm. So 6 hours between each.

I don't drive and have been taking this now since July.I have only been taking 2 a day (8 hours apart) but there are times I know I need more so Thanks to all that answered I will feel better about taking more if I need it.

Three times a day gives you some flexibility.  That's a good thing if your panic disorder is usually troublesome during a specific portion of day.  You do need to be careful not to bunch them too close together though.

And definitely DON'T take this drug if you're going to need to be driving or doing any other task that requires attention to detail.  It might make you quite sleepy (at least initially).
