what does the eco report means

HELLO, MY NAME IS KASHIF SHAFIQ. my mother age is 57 years old and over weight . Drs are not able to keep down her blood pressure although  they priscribed her four diffrent typs of  blood pressure controoling  medicines.  she uses all medicine two time in a day after 12 hrs . before the medicines bp was 200/110 , after useage of the medicines it keep always160/100.  her eco report is as following please tell me that what is her heart condition. and what the report is saying. please guide me i will be very thankful for this kind of act.

The main things to take away from this report is that the right atrium is enlarged, the septal walls are thickened as are the walls of the left ventricle. All this is most likely due to continued high blood pressure. Even at 160/100, that's still stage 1 hypertensive. They high blood pressure is most likely the underlying cause, correct that and the wall thickening should slow and stabilize. Also important is that the EF% is 67%, that's a great number and shows the heart is working efficiently.
