whats going on

I am 28 year old non smoking female,been getting pain in centre of chest or under left breast,its more of a burning tightness that makes it difficuilt to breath,and has soulder pain on to my back between shoulder blades,struggling with heavy dizziness,struggling to sleep sometimes or only want to sleep most of time,have 2 kids by c section,3 laparoscopies  and had historectomy due to endometriosis,

You will want to get your heart checked out.  If that comes back fine, they may consider a GI issue, such as esophageal in nature and they might also try to rule out costochondritis.  

Also, even though you've had a hysterectomy, you may want to get your blood iron and ferritin checked, as it's still possible to develop iron deficiency anemia (experience).  Anemia can cause dizziness and fatigue.  

Wanting to sleep most of the time can sometimes be caused by depression & with all the surgeries you've been through, you might consider whether depression might be playing a role in that.  If you had surgery recently, you also might want to make sure you don't have any blood clots in your lung or anything.

It might be have different causes but just to be in the safe side check with a cardiologist or go to Emergency next time that you are suffering the pain. An EKG and a blood test while in pain can rule out or confirm a heart attack.
