Chronic severe dizziness, dry eye, and blurry vision?

Hi! I am 43 female, healthy until the end of January 2018. My son had a stomach bug, then I got it for three days, recovered, then became chronically dizzy ( not vertigo), like swaying. No migraines, no nausea. GP gave me meclizine, did nothing. EENT did a hearing test and ENG, both normal. She prescribed scopolamine patch, did nothing. I told her my vision was getting blurry. I went to optometrist since I wear glasses, got new glasses just in case, no improvement. CT with contrast and inner ear normal. First neurologist said I have something like disembarkment syndrome but I did not disembarkment anything. She prescribed Clonazepam and a medrol pack, both of which did nothing. Second neurologist says I may have acephalgic migraines and started me on amitriptyline 10 mg once a day, so far it's been a week and no changes. Can anyone help me? I am dizzy from the moment I wake up and go to sleep. No migraines, but I can't focus on anything and life is miserable. Please help! Am I missing any tests? The second neurologist is testing me for vitamin deficiencies Lyme DX, ANA. Just waiting for results. Thank you for reading this. It's been 4 months and I'm losing hope.

did they do an MRI of your brain?  A check of your spinal fluids through a spinal tap?  Wish I could help more.  Just keep pushing until they sort it out.  Best of luck.
