Having constant PVC's and not sure if they are related to other problems I am having

Are my PVC's related to other problems I am having?  About 5 years ago I noticed a feeling of a quick  breath being taking away.  It started happening every once in a while, so I quit smoking thinking that was the problem.  Then I started having these things in the form of throat spasms.  They would last for about 5 seconds and then cause me to have an anxiety attack, dizziness and then I would feel like I was going to pass out.  After 2 years of my doctor telling me that I was only having anxiety attacks I started to have these very strong dizzy spells while driving, sitting still, laying in bed.  Went to an ENT for dizzy spells and mentioned the throat spasams.  He finally diagnosed me with Vertigo and Reflux.  Put me on Nexium 2 times a day,  Spasms went away but still feeling these occasional PVC's in my throat (at this time did not know they were PVC's)  ENT sent me to Gastro doc.  Did Endoscopy, normal, but keeping me on Nexium for 6 more months at 2x a day.  I have allergies, hence the reason for my Vertigo.  I live in Charlotte NC and everyone knows that Charlotte is very bad for people with Allergies.  I take Clariton for my allergies.   I have since switched my Primary care doctor because I needed more answers than just Anxiety.  However, this doc is still telling me anxiety.  I just know it is something more.  I kind of thought that I may have a bout with Asthma.  Reflux and Asthma go hand in hand and when I went to the mountains, I had a very hard time breathing until we drove down off the mountian.  So my do gave me an inhaler to try to see if it would help.   About 2 weeks ago,(Friday night)  I was in bed and I got this very heavy feeling in my chest, shortness of breath and these pvc's.  Husband thinks I'm crazy, just go to bed, it is in your head, ect...  I called my mom, she said use the inhaler and see if it works. It made the shortness of breath go away but now these PVC's(still did not know what they were) are constant  and non stop.  The next day I noticed that everytime I would just walk somewhere they would get worse and stronger.  Finally on Sunday I had my mom take me to the ER.  The doc said I was having occasional PVC's and that this is normal but to follow up with a cardio doc that week.  The cardio doc put me on Diltiazem 120mg and I am having a 24hr monitar on Tues. The PVC's have been constant for 2 weeks (don't know how the ER doc cosidered these occasional because they have not stopped)  The next week I am having an Asthma test done.  Other crazy symptoms that I am having is that my lympnods have been flaring up alot lately but the docs say due to the allergies.  I have a very high stress level as I own a real estate company and work with my husband and have a 5 year old daughter.  I am 39 and I have had the mention of having my Thyroid checked.  I have had this test on several occasions and have been normal, however I was told that a more extensive test should be done instead of the general test.   My Primary Doc still thinks I have Stress induced Cronic Anxiety and Panic Disorder and wants me to take Lexipro.   I am not ready to just write off these symptoms as that until I have ruled out all other things.  My PVC's finally settled down yesterday with the notice of one every once in a while.  Maybe the meds are helping?  Not sure why he would want to do the monitor after being on the medicine.  It would make more since to me to do it before the meds to see the frequency of them.  Any advice or insight would help.
thanks

Ugh! PVC's are such a nuisance.  I have went to the ER many time and been reassured every time they are benign PVCs.  Follow up with your cardiologist to get piece of mind.  Anxiety seems to go hand in hand with arrhythmia.  You will be ok.  Just take it day by day.

Very complex and the stress/anxiety/emotional can cause heart rhythm problems, that is for sure.   Is there something else?  Possibly, and it sounds like you are still working with a cardiologist.  As for PVCs, many people have thousands of those a day, and just live with it.  I think medications usually can help, but not eliminate PVC problems.

I hope you can put the stress drives into perspective, you health is more important than whatever is causing stress.  Somehow convince yourself of this and that you can put the stress aside and relax when you are not working directly on fixing whatever is causing the stress.
