I can't read the EKG, the pic isn't that great. The EKG findings are just estimates the machine prints out. That has to be reviewed by a doctor and interpreted in light of other tests. EKGs base have certain logic built into them to measure the distance between certain waves, they are all estimates and have an error factor. It's a gateway to determine if more tests are required.. Your doctor is who you should listen to.
Your heart beat looks pretty normal to me but I am not qualified to read them so do consult with your doctor. What I do know is ekgs generally only read a signal and do not take into account the person so they are notorious for misinterpretation. An Echo is the best way to see the overall health of the heart. I suspect when you see the doctor about your results they will essentially put you in the healthy category. It is possible if you had some enlargement it could be normal due to your active lifestyle but try not to worry and just consult with your doctor about the results. I wouldn't doubt they will tell you not to worry.
