resting arrythmia

I too have arrythmia when sitting in the easy chair at night and when falling asleep, I do seem to have more when I am sleeping on my left side, I have had a stress test and am awaiting the results of the halter monitor, but am worried, is there a solution, a medicine? I started to excercise (swim frequently) since I am somewhat too heavy.

I also am experiencing the same.  I am good when jogging, etc.  Problems occur during early stages of sleep.  Wake up feeling like my heart stopped.  No pain.  Check pulse and heart is skipping.  Not racing, just skipping.
