How worried? New Chest vibration, heart problems, leukemia

Hi, I have been contemplating going to ER or waiting to call dr Monday.  I have been feeling right sided chest vibration frequently since last night.  I already have chest pains often and fainting but this isn't making it worse.  My health history is:

*  2 cardiac ablations for Vtach, unsuccessful
*  T Cell LGL Leukemia (fever daily, currently methotrexate for treatment, watch and wait)
*  Mitral and tricuspid regurgitation (mild to moderate)
*  Vfib, SVT, cardiac pauses
*  fainting and near fainting
*  High blood pressure, uncontrolled (emergency high often, sudden dangerous drops)
*  Renal issues
*  T2 Diabetes
*  Hypothyroid
*  and sooooo much more but these were the big ones

I just don't know if it is cardiac related or just a nuisance.  I have been to different area hospitals over the years and they always dismiss me or say Follow up with doctor.  I just hate feeling like I've wasted my time and money. I wish I lived closer to better hospitals.

After looking through other posts it could be cardiac or something else. I'm so confused lol!  Thanks for listening!

You have a complicated medical situation, but I can tell you this:  Inside the right chest, there is *nothing* anatomically heart-related that can vibrate.  If you're having "chest vibrations" over there, the chances are that it's a 'flickering' contraction of your chest muscles.

Google 'fasciculation.'
