when I am super relaxed i.e havent moved around very much I notice my h.rate drops to even 50's..and even though its not all the time I am kinda worried. It speeds up when I get up do chores etc and when I exercise I've seen it go even 138/140.
I have lost a bit of weight (intentionally) and dont eat much but I make sure I eat all the right foods like banana, meat, salad, nuts and some grains , cheese etc..I work out 2-3 times a week for 5 yrs now .
Right now in bed and its 56..I dont have symptoms. Should I be concerned?
I am 43 and have Hashimoto underactive thyroid
