fever/chest pain

had an unsuccessful cardiac ablation 3 weeks ago. I have had 2 days of 100.5 to 102.5 fever. My joint are in agony and I am experiencing blade like stabs of pain through my chest. Should I worry?

Three weeks is a long time if there was going to be some kind of infection related to the ablation. But I do think you should at least see your regular doctor and find out what's going on. It could be some respiratory infection like bronchitis, pleurisy (that hurts!) or pneumonia.
