New to PVC

Hello everyone,

I am a 29 years old male.
I have been experiencing increased heart beats last year besides loosing my appetite towards food and I have always felt like I am going to throw out whenever I eat. At that time, I was focusing on eating problem, and the tests showed that everything is fine and it all caused by stress.

Last week I started again to have the same symptoms, but now the heart beats lasted for 10 days. Before two days I met the doctor and she did ECG test and told me that there are some premature beats, so you need to take an appointment with a cardiologist, so I took an appointment, which is going to be next Tuesday (I feel it is after a year!).
Increased beats always scare the crap out of me, I always feel like I am going to die, and I was going to call 911 several times last week, but I didn't.
I always feel tired and don't eat much, and I am afraid to make any effort or even drink a cup of coffee.

One of the things I found that helped me is to get socialized and meet people, during these times, I get my brain busy with other things.

Actually, irritable does not equate to weak.  Some of us have very strong hearts.  We just have irritable cells that decide they want to be the pacemaker in the moment.  Now, mind you, everyone gets them at some point, we just get to feel everything.  People here seem to have a heightened sense of our own bodies.  We might find out that is a good think someday....

I am sorry you have joined our club!  If you read some of the posts here, you will find many of us in the same predicament.  I have had this problem for 40 years.  I still feel like I'm going to die, sometimes.  There are good times; sometimes for months, and there are bad, unfortunately.  Once your cardio tells you that you have a structurally normal heart, you just have to find a way to make peace with them and live as best you can.
This forum is exceptional for gaining confidence and feeling like you are not alone.
Sometimes....I even laugh!  lol
