Is an arrhythmia dip to 26 a cause for concern?

I'm a 38 yo female in pretty good health. I do have arrhythmias that cause my HR to spike high 150-215 and dip low around 20-40.  I had an echo and halter.  All doctor said was I had arrhythmias.  Ok, so if normal arrhythmias, should I ignore when I have a beat of 26?  It doesn't stay high or low long, it's very brief.  My resting is mid 50's to 60's.  I don't always feel anything when this happens, however if the dip is too low, I feel nauseated or lightheaded.  Example, my HR was around 115 while I was active then dipped to 46.    If it only stays low or high for a minute, is this a cause for concern?
