Feeling weird heart sensations

Okay so i have experienced a anxiety attack along time ago which comes and goes but recently i had a freak accident during football practice.  BTW im 18 years old not fat nor skinny.  I had a Tachacardia incident and my heart rate was at 260.  I recetly had surgery to get rid of it which was succesful and i got it about 2 weeks ago but i still have been feeling weird symtoms like getting lightheaded or my left arm to hand getting all light and numb where i cant feel it and i have a lot of pressure in my chest and gas. My heart has also been doing weird things.  Like it scares me sometimes it beats fast and then beats slow and it sometimes beats heavy.  or sometimes i feel a sort of vibrating type feeling in my heart. i feel like sometimes it has an extra beat.  I have had all the EKG's and blood work and all that even a stress test.  Im just scared and urious if its a serious heart thing.  Is it possible that it has to do with my heart and all the tests just didnt pick it up?

It is likely your heart needs a bit of time to heal from the tachycardia and surgery.  I had an ablation for avnrt tachycardia and my heart jumped and skipped beats quite a bit right after but has been settling down 2 months later.  If you have pvcs on top of having had the svt you will likely not get rid of the skipped beats but my doctor told me it is likely I should become unaware of them.  Regardless give your heart a chance to rest up from all it has been through and you should be fine but if you are at all concerned consult with your cardiologist to get reassurance that all is fine.
