Why do these pacs pvcs come and go and ruin my quality of life  Plase help friends.

hi there, and believe me a lot of people know how u feel. the reason it ruins ur quality of life is because fear,adrenaline,and anxiety dont mix well at all and it can cause depressing feelings. live life to the fullest and dont think about them. im so sorry you are having a depressing time, but keep ur chin up and you feel better in no time. hope this comforted you some. : )

Dont let them ruin your life I thought I was dying a thousand times a day always feeling my neck checking my pulse and feeling my pvcs knowing I would feel them and that just made it worse!!!! I am prescribed lorazapam for anxiety but was on xanax before dont really need either now,I take 50 mgs toprol twice a day for high bp 2 tabs fish oil a day 1 bayer 80mgs with phytosterols which did myrcials with my cholesterols I highly recommend.Look at my pics it is very hard to deal with them and have a normal life but it is possible!! Im having pvcs right now as I just got home from bowling and a couple beers and I smoke!! Have quit them all at same time to no avail pvcs still there so I started returning to what makes me happy but the smoking doesnt and I promised family soon to quit!! So anyhow if your not living on the edge your taking up space!! Forget about them but only after you have been checked out by a cardioligist and you will see mostly they are harmless but most troublesome!!Sorry for some spelling mistakes too much beer !! I love my life but hate the pvcs!!!!
