Rapid heart rate with pacemaker

I am a 64 year old male with a history of AF. I have had 3 cardiac ablations & now have a pacemaker set for 60bpm. Medication is flecanaide with the idea of reducing the HR so the pacemaker controls the rate.
After 3 years being OK I am now getting rapid heart rate at night & sometimes during the day wirh a subsequent feeling of exhaustion. I also have light headed spells.
Should I be worried?
Thankyou

Indeed, any change/unusual in HR/rhythm should be reported to your doctor.

You didn't mention any numbers, but if the high HR is over 130 bpm I'd go to the emergency room if it were me.

Good luck,

Thanks for that, I had not thought that the pacemaker may be wonky.

I would advise you to check with your doctor -- there could be a malfunction in the pacemaker or your medication may need adjusting.
