Ok so all this talk of SCD has me worried.  I was wondering if anyone could tell me how common this is.  I am 27/f and have had all the usual tests other than stress.  All came out normal other than some PACs and sinus arrythmia and sinus tach.  I used to  never worry about this stuff.  So how common is SCD?

OK, normal echo...It's time to stop worrying about this. I know that amny times it is easier said than done:) There are so many times that I will say something, I sit and think "gee if I would only listen to myself *lol*"

You are very right with your comment to our 13 year old friend here, if by some rare chance it happend...it would be so fast, you'd have no clue:)

Yes I had an echo.  No concerns there...it revealed mild triscuspid regurg and trace mitral regurg which I was told was a normal finding..that we all have some sort of regurg.  I am trying to quit worrying about this.  I did not worry about it until I started having anxiety attacks with hard palpiatations.  THat is what started all this heart worrying.  Even though I have been told my 79 year old (yes 79) cardiologist.

Hello...

Sudden cardiac death in young healthy people is a rare event. The most common cause in young healthy people is hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (large heart). This disease is often hereditary, an echo will show the walls of the ventricle appearing larger than they should be. If you've had every test other than a stress test...does that mean you've also had an echo?

I do not think that you should continue to worry about this. Based you current diagnosis, I assume that your Dr has told you that it is all benign. I know that you had mentioned that you found a friend passed away. I was sorry to hear that, but I don't think that you need to worry about this happening to you.:)
