???

One day I was playing boxing with my son and I noticed this noise like a breath of air was coming out when I Twist my body. I did start coughing and was out of breath for a few seconds. I ignored it and now notice it happening every time I twist my torso or walk fast. Has anyone ever heard of this? I then noticed my heart rate is higher than usual. It was 70's now 90's and sometimes over 100. Also I get out of breath or breath heavy when I carry something heavy or do some cleaning that requires arm movement like scrub tub or vacuum car. This all started when I was on doxycycline for 10-11 months for an infection. I also have been having some stomach and digestive problems. My family doc says she thinks I have anxiety from my stomach pain. Well that was months ago and my gi doc said he wants me to have my fast heart beat checked out. I am confused to how do you know the difference between anxiety or something else going on? Is it my heart? Does this sound like I need it checked out or just sound like anxiety? I feel like I don't want to waist money or time when It is anxiety and nothing medically is wrong. Is there anyway to tell without the heart test?

See a cardiologist.  I don't anxiety would pop up only when you twist your torso.  Also, if your GI doctor says have it checked -- it's worth it to check out.  A clean bill of health will ease your mind, and in turn, your body.

I have that same noise when I do boxing/twisting moves.  Unfortunately I don't know what causes it, and I highly doubt it's anxiety with me.  I don't have any digestion issues.  I have SVT and mitral valve prolapse, but that's it.  I don't know if either of those could cause it.  I'm curious to see if it still happens to me after the ablation, but it really doesn't get in the way of my everyday life.  I have shortness of breath also, but I don't know if it's connected to the noise I hear when I do kick boxing type moves.
